Job Description

Role Purpose: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team at DHL Express. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing and strengthening our business within the Turkish community. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and establishing new business opportunities, building, and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring that their supply chain requirements are met through DHL Express services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage relationships with key Turkish clients to expand DHL Express business.
  • Identify and address the unique supply chain needs of Turkish businesses, facilitating tailored solutions through DHL Express services.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Turkish clients, providing outstanding customer service and business support.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and growth potential.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective relationship-building and strategic account management.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in business development, or sales in the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Strong knowledge of DHL Express services and logistics solutions.(Preferably)
  • Ability to understand and address the specific supply chain needs of Turkish businesses.
  • Fluent in Turkish , Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-motivated, target-driven approach with a passion for business growth.
