It focuses on promoting solutions to potential customers, coordinating closely with channel partners, and enhancing customer experience and Beckman Coulter’s brand image. Reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager.Geography: Egypt Product Line: Diagnostics, including TLA, Chemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology, Microbiology, Blood Bank, and Urinalysis products.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Retention and Attraction Achieve financial objectives in Egypt's public sector. Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key opinion leaders. Promote Beckman Coulter's diagnostics as the preferred solution. Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to tailor solutions. Drive customer loyalty and competitive wins.Tender and Key Account Management Act as the first point of contact for end-users. Develop and execute key account plans with Sales Managers. Ensure compliance and integrity in all activities. Coordinate with internal teams to handle RFQs, quotations, and product availability. Use Salesforce.com (SFDC) to manage opportunities and maintain a healthy sales funnel.Market Trends Monitor customer developments, market conditions, and competitive activities. Provide insights to enhance strategies and identify opportunities.Job Requirements 3–5 years of sales experience (Diagnostics/Laboratory mandatory). Fluent in English and Arabic. B.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Business. Strong sales cycle knowledge and business acumen. Excellent relationships with Egyptian market stakeholders.Behavioral Competencies Team player with a proven ability to coordinate across stakeholders.
