Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the Consumer Channel business in Maghreb and French West Africa, in line with Signify's overall business strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders in the region.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure efficient and effective execution of the strategic plan.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs, and provide insights and recommendations to the business based on this information.
- Manage the sales pipeline for the region, including forecasting and reporting on sales performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Represent Signify at industry events and conferences, and build a strong brand presence in the region.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
. Willing to travel extensively into french west africa and maghreb region
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in the distribution business of lighting products and FMCG channel.
- Fluent in French and Arabic, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Maghreb and French West Africa region, including its culture, business practices, and regulatory environment.
- Ability to develop and execute a strategic plan, and to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region.
