Job TitleKey Account Manager - Consumer (French Speaker)Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic plan to grow the Consumer Channel business in Maghreb and French West Africa, in line with Signify's overall business strategy.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders in the region.- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure efficient and effective execution of the strategic plan.- Monitor market trends and customer needs, and provide insights and recommendations to the business based on this information.- Manage the sales pipeline for the region, including forecasting and reporting on sales performance.- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Represent Signify at industry events and conferences, and build a strong brand presence in the region.- Manage budgets and resources effectively, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements:. Willing to travel extensively into french west africa and maghreb region- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in the distribution business of lighting products and FMCG channel.- Fluent in French and Arabic, with excellent communication skills.- Strong knowledge of the Maghreb and French West Africa region, including its culture, business practices, and regulatory environment.- Ability to develop and execute a strategic plan, and to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.- Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to travel extensively within the region.Everything we’ll do for youList out benefits and anything else on offer for this role.You can grow a lasting career here.
