Key Responsibilities:


- Manage total Elanco portfolio in selected territories (Dakahlia – Dommiate -Sharkia),


- Segmenting and targeting customers that are large, complex, and influential within our business and the marketplace,


- Operating with customers in partnership to deliver mutual value, to help us differentiate ourselves and deliver our vision,
- Grow existing or develop new business to meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned territories,
- Develop and grow relationships with key customers/accounts through technical, commercial knowledge, relationships and selling skills,
- Work to create innovative commercial value propositions to drive desired demand creation,
- Work to identify potential new customers and business opportunities,


- Work to establish long-term customer relationship, establish privileged relationships with customers based on honesty and integrity,
- Present and gain orders of the value-added commercial initiatives and programs,
- Gather feedback and present corresponding Elanco Knowledge solutions to customer needs,
- Promote Elanco products key features and benefits to the decision makers in key accounts,


- Collaborates professionally with customers to improve the company's image and ethical values,
- Meet all administrative and compliance expectations of Elanco.


Functions, Duties, Tasks:


  • Manage our strategic accounts to maximize two things: Our product portfolio sales along with value-creation and delivery for our customers,
  • KAM continually demonstrates the Elanco brand to the customer team and Elanco team, setting expectations and striving to deliver value for both organizations,
  • KAM is accountable for the attainment of sales objectives and customer value delivery through the execution of Account Plans,
  • Cultivate customer relationship to increase our customer value proposition,
  • Constantly lead, influence, and set expectations internally and externally which contributes to delivering customer value and increasing our overall business.

Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):


- Bachelor’s degree of Veterinary medicine or higher preferred,


- 5+ years of experience in B2B/SAM,
- Experience of Poultry Science and poultry industry is a must,


- Good knowledge of written and spoken English,


- Driver's license and lack of travel restrictions,


- Proficiency in using MS Office programs,


- Good analytical, sales, negotiation, communication, organizationaland computer skills,


- Ability to demonstrate competence in influencing a broad range of stakeholders through credible, clear, and logical communication,


- Achievement and results orientated,
- Highly motivated and target driven,


- Ethics and integrity, awareness of compliance requirements,


- Self-confident; team player with positive attitude,
- Resident in Dakahlia is a must.


Other Information:


  • Significant field time, including overnights
  • Travel up to 90%
