Design, build, and maintain efficient, clean, and reliable Ruby code.
Help maintain code quality and organization.
Identify code bugs, and work on developing solutions to these problems.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, refactoring, code standards)
Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design.
Qualifications
BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
You have worked for at least 1 year, we are willing to accept candidates with similar levels of experience in other languages as long as they are willing to switch to Ruby.
A knack for writing “Clean, Readable code”.
Linux is a close friend, and Docker is your future.
Have experience with Agile development or SCRUM framework.
You must be familiar with the following: JavaScript, HTML, CSS & JQuery.
One of these database systems is your favorite for a reason: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
