Egyptian candidate mandatory Responsibilities:
-Lead the design and development of user interfaces across web and mobile platforms using Angular and React JS. Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards.
-Advocate for and implement UI/UX best practices to ensure clean, responsive, and accessible interfaces.
-Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate requirements into user-centric interfaces.
-Contribute to the development of UI components and libraries for reusability and maintainability.
-Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
-Stay up to date with the latest frontend technologies and trends.
-Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Qualifications:
-6+ years of experience in frontend development, with strong expertise in both Angular and React JS. Proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams.
-Extensive experience with web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and accessibility guidelines.
-Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS or LESS), and JavaScript (ES6+).
-Experience with state management libraries (Redux or MobX for React, NgRx for Angular).
-Experience with routing libraries (React Router, Angular Router).
-Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine).
-Familiarity with build tools like Webpack or Babel. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
-Understanding of the Egyptian or Middle Eastern banking landscape (a plus).
