Key Responsibilities
Conduct presentations to potential clients, explaining the benefits of the company’s logistics services.
Identify and generate new business leads to expand the client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure and close deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics industry.
Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is a plus.
