New Businesses - Egypt, EG - Full time - 982 The Junior Project Manager - New Businesses is one of the crucial and impactful roles in our company and we take great pride in the quality of team members that hold this role. With a very ambitious plan to conquer the MENA region’s Q-commerce market, the Junior Project Manager is one of the first points of contact with our valued partners, the shops. The Junior Project Manager holds the responsibility of selecting and sealing partnerships with shops operating within the new businesses space, alongside monitoring and maintaining shop performance. Primary responsibilities ● Identify process gaps & help improve the partner experience Requirements ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners ● Strong persuasion and negotiation skills ● Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders ● Excellent written, and verbal communication skills in English ● Commercial awareness with the ability to identify business opportunities and trends ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
