We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support our team in managing the delivery and scheduling of social content for our regional banking client. You’ll play a key role in coordinating schedules, ensuring timely posting of content, and acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams to guarantee smooth execution. To be successful in this role, you’ll need excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to support the delivery of high-quality social campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
Own and manage the schedule for social media posts with multiple posts per day, liaising directly with clients to coordinate via email and or calls.
Proof captions and assets to ensure accuracy and quality before scheduling.
Schedule content using Sprinklr (preferred experience but training can be provided).
Coordinate out-of-scope campaigns to ensure smooth delivery, working closely with the team to meet deadlines.
Maintain the content schedule, booking and managing slots for content to go live with evolving changes throughout the week.
Respond to client requests and emails related to scheduling and posting, ensuring swift and clear communication.
Experience & Competencies
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent Arabic and English copywriting / proofing.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of scheduled content and assets.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with clients and internal teams.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines and ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
Familiarity with Sprinklr or similar content management tools is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in project management, scheduling, or similar roles is preferred.
