Meras Solution looking for an Office Coordinator to organize and coordinate administration duties in Real Estate and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.Ideally, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.Job Responsibilities:Support management in different tasksCommunicate with clients if neededMaintain meeting records for the managementAnswer phone calls and take messages as necessaryDevelop and maintain a filing systemFollow up and submit reports from various departments as neededSupport and facilitate the completion/submission of regular reportsHandle confidential documents and ensure they remain secureArrange and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.Organize meetings, take notes, and deliver minutes of meetings to all parties involvedPrepare facilities and arrange for refreshments for events, if requiredAssist supervisors and staff with company projects and tasksImplement administrative proceduresCreate Excel sheets as requestedResponsible for office supplies and equipmentInterface with outsourced suppliers and clientsMain Requirements:At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate.Have a high English ProfileWork experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar roleExcellent MS Office knowledgeOutstanding organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDiscretion and confidentialityWork Conditions: Working days: Sunday- ThursdayWorking Hours : 10: 00 AM - 6:00 PM Location : Masr Elgdida Benefits: Attractive Salary Work-Life Balance Medical and Social Insurance
