Support in
the creation of marketing content, including newsletters, social media campaigns
concepts, and website blogs.
Coordinate
with the digital agency in efficiently implementing the yearly digital strategy.
Track agency
performance by setting clear expectations, defining key performance indicators
(KPIs), and monitoring progress on deliverables.
Manage the
moderation team, to ensure an efficient response to all inquiries across all
platforms.
Provide
feedback and insights to the digital agency on campaign performance and suggest
adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
Assist in
the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and
event-based initiatives.
Collaborate
with the company stakeholders, to publish the monthly and weekly internal
announcements.
Work aside
with the graphic designer to ensure the right implementation of the company’s guidelines
and generate the best possible artwork according to the shared brief.
Analyze
customer feedback, surveys, and engagement data to help optimize marketing
strategies.
Provide the
finance team with necessary documentation, such as receipts, contracts, and
purchase orders, for accurate billing.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in the marketing field is required.
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing is a plus.
Experience in offline production (BTL).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Creative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh ideas.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
