Role Objectives:
As a Junior People Business Partner, you will drive key people & culture functions in the manufacturing facilities, focusing on the day-to-day operations including Talent Acquisition and Talent Management activities, employee relations. Ensuring compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting organizational growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as a key point of contact for employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment in the factory
Advise managers on managing employee behavior and performance, ensuring fair treatment and compliance with employment laws
Manage Onboarding & Off-boarding cycle
Manage the Day-to-Day operations in the Factory
Oversee and manage the hiring process, ensuring the hiring of top talent for the manufacturing facilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring for operational requirements
Conduct interviews, facilitate hiring decisions, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees
Implement and manage performance management systems, including KPI`s reviews, and employee development plans
Monitor and report on performance trends, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements
Identify training and development needs in alignment with business goals and employee career development
Administer and ensure competitive compensation structures are in place to attract and retain talent
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies
Track and report key people & culture metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and training effectiveness
Provide data-driven insights for decision-making, workforce planning, and operational improvements
Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
RequiredEducation, Knowledge, And Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field
5-7 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a Manufacturing industry background
High communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
