Talent 360 is hiring a Junior General Accountant for our client Alkhalig Medical a leading medical equipment supplier company introducing up-to-date technologies in Egypt and the Middle East, with the following requirements :-Job role:1. Accounting FunctionsPrepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentsConduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliationsAssist in preparing financial reports and statementsEnsure compliance with accounting principles and regulations             2. Collections ManagementManage accounts receivable and track outstanding paymentsDevelop and implement effective collection strategiesMaintain accurate records of financial transactions and customer accountsFollow up on overdue invoices and resolve payment discrepancies3. Inventory ManagementAct as warehouse/inventory administratorPerform regular stock takes and inventory reconciliationsMaintain accurate inventory recordsTrack and report inventory levels and movement4. Administrative and Coordination DutiesProvide general administrative supportCoordinate between different departmentsManage data entry tasks with high accuracyAssist in various administrative processes and documentation5. General Administrative WorkHandle routine office tasksManage correspondence and communicationSupport management with administrative requirementsMaintain office organization and efficiency                                                                                                                                                                                                           Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field1-2 years of professional experience in accounting and administrationProficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong numerical and analytical skillsExcellent attention to detailProven ability to multitask effectivelyMain Skills:1.
