Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking for Breadfast
Analyze and report on financial data and create models for the top management to help making decisions
Analyze current and past financial data to perform variance analysis, and provide ideas for improvements
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation by creating forecasts and models.

Required Education & Knowledge:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies
Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting is preferred
Startup experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in Financial Analysis & Modeling, Statistical Analysis, Variance Analysis, Reporting and
Dashboards, and Advanced Excel
