Position Summary


We are looking for a proactive Junior Core Finance Analyst to support financial audits, tax compliance, and daily financial operations across Qatar, Bahrain, KSA, and Egypt. The role includes preparing financial reports, analyzing accounts receivable and cash flows, and assisting with month-end and year-end closings.


The ideal candidate will participate in the Daily Finance operation, support process improvements, and collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with policies and the industry’s best practices. A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools is essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Support daily financial operations for Qatar, Bahrain, and KSA.
  • Perform accounts receivable analyses, including aging and collection reporting.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and conduct analyses on expenses and cash flows.
  • Maintain and update a database to track and monitor contracts with major vendors.
  • Participate in tax audits and inspections.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of finance automation systems and processes.
  • Provide support to the finance team and other business units on financial matters.
  • Display a proactive attitude toward learning and adapting to new tools and technical skills.

Desired Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 0 – 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role (entry-level roles are acceptable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with some experience in financial modeling or data analytics.
  • Very Good command of spoken and written English, with strong communication skills.
