Junior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking for Breadfast
• Analyze and report on financial data and create models for the top management to help making decisions
• Analyze current and past financial data to perform variance analysis, and provide ideas for improvements
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
• Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation by creating forecasts and models.

Required Education & Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies
• Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting is preferred
• Startup experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
