Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee full order-to-cash management, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and delivery.
- Maintain 18-month rolling forecasts through the S&OP process.
- Ensure timely availability and efficient delivery of goods, adhering to internal and export control policies.
- Generate sales and shipping documentation in compliance with internal and country-specific regulations.
- Manage product complaints and work towards resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
- Support sales with profitability assessments, supply feasibility, and deal creation.
- Plan and coordinate shipments with the corporate supply chain and logistics department.
- Implement cost-effective shipment flows to reduce importation costs.
- Manage cash-care, receivables, credit limit exposure, and LC submissions from draft to payment.
- Provide key inputs to the sales budgeting process and track commissions and payment orders.


Skills and Qualifications:


- Strong expertise in SAP.
- Proven ability to manage cross-departmental coordination, ensuring fulfilment of customer inquiries.
- Experience with sales support.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing shipping, pricing, and delivery documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in complaint management and troubleshooting.
