Chefaa is a health and wellness company that offers an online platform for customers to conveniently order prescriptions and non-pharmaceuticals, having them delivered directly to their doorsteps. As a Jr. CRM Specialist, your primary responsibility will revolve around formulating and executing CRM strategies geared towards elevating customer retention, loyalty, and engagement. Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement CRM marketing strategies for customer retention and loyalty, leveraging customer data and insights to create targeted campaigns.
  • Execute A/B testing and optimization strategies for push notifications to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Create and manage email lists and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Segment email lists to optimize targeting and personalization, ensuring tailored communication for different customer segments.
  • Design visually appealing and engaging email templates that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
  • Develop and manage automated email workflows to streamline communication processes and enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze email/SMS campaign performance metrics to derive insights and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and trends, proactively incorporating new techniques and technologies into strategies.
  • Suggest innovative ways to promote company offerings and reach consumers, exploring new channels and tactics to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Graphic Designers and Copywriters to create visually compelling graphics and media for email campaigns that enhance brand identity and messaging.
  • Communicate with the operations team regarding coupons and offers to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Cooperate with the business team (BIHUB) to integrate CRM strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Track and report on the success of CRM marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in CRM marketing or a related field.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and tools, such as Moengage or Webenage.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Proficiency in tracking and reporting on the success of CRM marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • knowledge of marketing, with a focus on developing and implementing strategies for customer retention and loyalty.
