A leading company in the FMCG industry in Egypt, specializing in both Eastern and Western sweets,known for their quality and freshness, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and customer satisfaction, it has become one of Cairo's most famous bakeries, is looking for a Junior Brand Manager.Job Context:Youwould assist the senior brand team in executing strategies to enhance brand awareness, market share, and customer loyalty. This involves coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing consumer behavior, and ensuring that the brand aligns with its values and goals.Key Accountabilities:Contribute to the development and implementation of brand strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.Target various consumer categories according to their segmentation.Oversee the successful launch of our products in the market, ensuring timely and impactful introductions.Write Advertising Brief to MARCOM and Assist MARCOM in the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that new product launches align with brand positioning and market needs.Manage and monitor the brand profitability & work closely with COGS to make sure we are constantly improving & more profitable.Identify and cultivate partnerships with complementary brands or influencers to enhance brand visibility & sales.Track & analyse performance indicators to measure marketing campaign effectiveness & identify improvement areas.Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, operations, Finance) to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or similar field.3-5 years of experience in marketing.Experience in FMCG industry is preferred.Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent in content creation.Creative problem-solving abilities.Proficient in digital marketing tools & platform.Market research & data analysis experience
