Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Brand Manager with a graphic design background to join our marketing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of brand strategies, contributing to the creation of compelling brand assets and marketing campaigns.

  • Assist in the execution of brand strategies to build brand awareness and drive consumer engagement.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all communications.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support brand development and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Design and produce visually appealing brand assets for both digital and print marketing materials, including social media content, website graphics, email templates, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Ensure all creative materials align with the brand’s visual identity and marketing objectives.
  • Assist in the design of packaging, signage, and promotional materials for events and in-store displays.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  • Support the development of creative briefs and help coordinate the execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor brand performance across various platforms, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Help manage timelines and workflows to ensure timely delivery of assets for campaigns.
  • Provide design support for internal and external presentations, reports, and marketing collateral.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new creative ideas and solutions for marketing challenges.
  • Assist in organizing and executing brand-related events and activations as needed.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3-4 years of experience in brand management, graphic design, or a related marketing role.
    • A strong portfolio showcasing design work, including branding, social media visuals, and digital/print design.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and marketing principles.
    • Strong graphic design skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (social media, email marketing, etc.) and design requirements for these channels.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
    • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
