Key Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination of transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
Track shipments and inventory, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate documentation.
Maintain records of shipments, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and filing.
Address any logistics-related issues and escalate them when necessary.
Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative, logistics, or coordination role is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
