Job Description

  • Issuing all the quotations and working orders for our clients.
  • Handle and correspondence E-mails.
  • Assign Interpreters, Videographer & photographer for the event.
  • Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost



Skills

  • Minimum 1 year Experience
  • Bachelor or equivalent Preferable Mass Communication degree  
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent MS Office: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Good observing Skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Quick learner
  • High Communication skills
  • Preferable Areas : Hadayak Al Ahram , Faisal , El Haram, October, El Sheikh Zayed
