Talent 360 is hiring a qualified Junior Accountant to join HEIBCO For Commercial Investments and Real Estate Developments.
About our client :
A leading contractor specializing in civil engineering, Piling, deep foundations, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
We continually strive for high standards of construction. HEIBCO FOR COMMERCIAL INVESTMENTS & REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT is specialized in Ground Engineering which encompasses; piling and foundations, groundwater control, and environmental management for civil infrastructure projects.
Job Role:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Record and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting with accruals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee records.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors and contractors.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings (e.g., VAT, income tax) and regulatory reports.
- Support senior accounting staff with audit preparation and documentation.
- Review and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Participate in financial analysis, helping to prepare variance reports and identify discrepancies.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including filing and organizing financial documents.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:
Working Days: Sunday -Thursday
Working Hours: 9 AM-5 PM
Days off: Friday and Saturday
Location: Banafseg, 1st Settlement , New Cairo
