Collaborate with the design team to develop concepts and designs for print and digital media, including brochures, websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, and more.
Assist in the creation of designs that are visually appealing and effective in communicating information to target audience.
Modify and revise existing designs to meet the business needs or to improve design quality.
Research and stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices to ensure that our designs are innovative and effective.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications: Required
BSC degree in Fine or Applied Arts or a related subject.
Minimum 1–2 years’ design experience in both agency and in-house studios.
A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and projects.
Knowledge of design trends and principles.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering work of the highest quality.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
Familiarity Presentation software and presentation design/animation concepts (such as PowerPoint).
Desirable criteria It would be good if applicants have:
Previous experience in an arts or non-for-profit organization or experience with arts-related clients.
Demonstrated interest in art.
The ability to work flexibly to meet peak demand when required.
Can operate independently or with minimum supervision.
