Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop concepts and designs for print and digital media, including brochures, websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, and more.
  • Assist in the creation of designs that are visually appealing and effective in communicating information to target audience.
  • Modify and revise existing designs to meet the business needs or to improve design quality.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices to ensure that our designs are innovative and effective.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Required
  • BSC degree in Fine or Applied Arts or a related subject.
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ design experience in both agency and in-house studios.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and projects.
  • Knowledge of design trends and principles.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering work of the highest quality.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
  • Familiarity Presentation software and presentation design/animation concepts (such as PowerPoint).

Desirable criteria
It would be good if applicants have:
  • Previous experience in an arts or non-for-profit organization or experience with arts-related clients.
  • Demonstrated interest in art.
  • The ability to work flexibly to meet peak demand when required.
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills.
