Aramex offers a full-time job opportunity for the position of Sea Freight Specialist in Alexandria - Egypt.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:
The day-to-day operational tasks for Import sea RFQ and Running shipments. Ensuring that all customers‘ freight arrives on time and inform customers in a timely manner as well. Liaising with overseas offices. Handling communication with shipping line and Booking agents. Monitoring shipments and keeping clients updated on progress/any delays. Handling Import ACID procedures. Liaising with Agents & shipping companies. Liaising with clients/carriers on arranging collections. Raising invoices to clients accurately and in a timely matter.

Bachelor’s degree in marine Transport or logistics field is an advantage. 1- years of experienced in ocean import freight forwarding. Language skills: excellent knowledge of English in writing. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiar with FCL and LCL booking. Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of Incoterms. Familiar with Updated customs & export procedures Prepared to complete the entire job, from file creation to invoicing on time matter.
