SWATX is seeking for an ITSM Consultant who can cover below requirements for a 6-month or more engagement. Assessment and Analysis: Evaluate current processes and identify gaps. Process Design: Develop structured workflows for Incident, Change, and Problem Management. Capacity Planning: Optimize costs. Purchasing: CAPEX/OPEX Deployment: Standardize image and factory service for faster hardware delivery. Operations: Develop a managed service or outsourcing model, focusing on ticketing, license assessments, and asset management. Retirement: Propose data sanitization, device selling, buy-back options, CSR initiatives, or selling to employees. Subsidiary Exit: Define a clear exit process Preferred ITIL Master Certified
