ITSM Consultant - ( IT Service Management)

SWATX is seeking for an ITSM Consultant who can cover below requirements for a 6-month or more engagement.

• Assessment and Analysis: Evaluate current processes and identify gaps.
• Process Design: Develop structured workflows for Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Capacity Planning: Optimize costs.
• Purchasing: CAPEX/OPEX
• Deployment: Standardize image and factory service for faster hardware delivery.
• Operations: Develop a managed service or outsourcing model, focusing on ticketing, license assessments, and asset management.
• Retirement: Propose data sanitization, device selling, buy-back options, CSR initiatives, or selling to employees.
• Subsidiary Exit: Define a clear exit process
• Preferred ITIL Master Certified
