Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring IT Supervisor

What will you do?
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the mall's network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks
  • Manage and maintain server systems, workstations, and other IT equipment, ensuring optimal performance and security
  • Provide technical support to staff, tenants, and customers, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly
  • Implement and enforce security measures to protect the IT systems and data from threats such as malware, unauthorized access, and cyberattacks
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality of service
  • Coordinate and oversee IT projects, such as network upgrades, system installations, and software implementations
  • Coordinate and cooperate with RDC in the centralized functions
  • Providing a centralized help desk for employees to address all IT support and issues.

 

Skills

What will you need?

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the same role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant IT certifications, such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • Strong knowledge of network technologies, server administration, and IT security best practices
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Proficiency in various operating systems, network protocols, and IT security tools
