Job Description

A growing FMCG company specializing in international trade, import/export operations, and product distribution is now hiring a Part-Time IT Specialist to be responsible for setting up and maintaining the IT infrastructure of the company. 


Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Set up and configure hardware (computers, printers, routers, etc.) and software for the office.
  • Ensure proper installation and functioning of network connections and security protocols.
  • Provide IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage and maintain office devices, ensuring they are updated and secure.
  • Assist in setting up company emails, accounts, and access permissions.
  • Implement basic cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
  • Ensure regular backups and data recovery plans are in place.
  • Educate employees on IT best practices and security awareness.
  • Install and update necessary software programs.
  • Support integration of business applications as required.

Job Requirements: 


  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably in an office environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking, VPNs, and cloud-based applications.
  • Basic cybersecurity and data protection knowledge.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and provide remote support when needed.

Working Conditions:


  • Working Days: 2 days per week (days to be agreed upon).
