Our client is a leading FMCG producer and distributor, known for its high-quality, innovative products.

TheIT Senior Managerwill be responsible for leading and managing the IT team to ensure the provision of effective and secure technology solutions that support the company's objectives.

Job Location: Alexandria, Egypt.

• Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the organization's overall business objectives.
• Lead the translation of IT vision into actionable goals, focusing on leveraging Infor ERP to support and enhance business processes.
• Identify and address emerging IT challenges, particularly related to ERP integration and scalability, ensuring continuous alignment with business needs.
• Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of the Infor ERP system to ensure it meets the organization's operational requirements.
• Manage the integration of Infor ERP with other business applications, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Work closely with department heads to optimize ERP usage, improving business processes and reporting capabilities.
• Ensure the continuous availability and optimal performance of IT infrastructure, including networks, databases, and Infor ERP.
• Oversee IT operations, ensuring high levels of security, reliability, and scalability of all technology services.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and improve overall business outcomes.
• Ensure the IT infrastructure and Infor ERP system adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Identify security vulnerabilities within the ERP system and other IT assets, implementing strategic solutions to mitigate risks.
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory standards and internal policies related to IT governance and data protection.
• Manage the IT department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while delivering high-quality technology solutions.
• Optimize IT spending, particularly in relation to Infor ERP licensing, maintenance, and system upgrades.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation
• Foster collaboration between IT and other departments to ensure technology solutions meet the organization’s needs.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to the IT team, focusing on career development and performance management.

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in the IT field.
• Extensive experience in digital transformation and system upgrades within organizations.
• Relevant professional certifications in the field of Information Technology.
• Profound knowledge ofInfor or Odoo technology and the ability to manage and develop this system.
• Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
• Effective budget management and resource allocation capabilities.
• Ability to lead a technical team and develop talent.
• In-depth understanding of emerging technology trends and how to apply them in a business environment.
