Main Objectives:
The main objective of the IT Senior Manager/CIO is to providing support in the various information technology areas, including and not limited to; building the IT-strategy, implementation of IT solutions to achieve harmonized business processes in line with business strategies. IT Senior Manager must ensure adherence to all relevant legal and statutory requirements, plan and monitor the IT budget, contribute in the planning of the digital transformation of the company and the business.
This in addition to customer relationship management though gathering, analyzing and prioritizing the business requirements and steering the department towards a balanced performance and delivery.
Must be able to analyses current business processes to support and provide business consultancy with enhanced business solutions increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the process workflows.
Manage available resources, provide utilization methodology, and enhance department deliverables. Provide coaching and guidance to team members and ensure their ability to achieve the challenging goals and pride grounds for growth on the technical and personal levels. The IT Senior Manager/CIO has responsibility to ensure compliance to Security Goals and Cyber Security.
IT Strategy:
Design a local IT strategy in accordance with local needs and central/regional strategies. Consolidate and prioritize of business requirements together with local business and the region. Consult and support of business partners to scope business needs. Align with the needs of the local business units; monitoring and improvement of the efficiency of the local IT organization. Plan, negotiate, manage, utilize and control the IT Budget.
IT Operations:
Plan, build and run relevant applications for the company leveraging the best practices implemented in various topics. Implement and monitor IT operation (Infrastructure, Applications) as per agreed Service Level Agreements and in accordance to standardization plan. Ensure that local business requirements are implemented in a cost-effective manner by suitably leveraging on central, regional and local services. Manage and implement relevant mainstream technology elements. Utilize the network and infrastructure for the best performance of the business operations Ensure enhanced customer support in place and work on high customer satisfaction level Develop and monitor IT Operations to govern a smooth and stable run for IT department services. Manage contracts with internal and external partners to ensure a cost-effective service and support model in line with expected Service Level Agreements
IT Projects & Governance:
Execute, monitor and track IT projects. Insure IT projects adhere to Cost, Time and Quality targets Guide and coach project leads in the different IT project to reach best results. Set challenging yet implementable targets and ensure the best approaches to reach.
IT Security:
Develop, implement and enforce IT security and Data Protection methods, policies and concept Enforce and monitor compliance with government laws and company regulations Provide awareness for technical and non-technical users. Enforce secure development lifecycle and vulnerability management
Team Management
Build team mind-set that is resilient enough against turbulence. Enforce agility mind-set towards various changes. Ensure the development cycle of the IT Team and build a success plan. Ensure discipline and co-creation behaviour within the team Manage human resources in a utilization manner to ensure best performance and results.
Qualifications
Experience & Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any similar degree 7-10 years of experience in IT field with at least 2 years in a similar position holding the same responsibilities and tasks Project management or similar certificate is an add Management Diploma or similar degree is an add
Technical Knowledge:
In depth understanding of cyber security roles and regulations and secure application design Expert knowledge in IT areas and divisions is a must Clear Business knowledge with ability of problem analysis and problem solving Full knowledge of the IT operations and IT Systems Experience with business solutions design and consultancy
