Responsibilities:
- Promote and implement global IT solutions and initiatives, ensuring alignment with group objectives and continuous improvement by incorporating local needs.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with global infrastructure and business application strategies.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business agility across the MEA Zone.
- Ensure agile deployment of local solutions tailored to region-specific requirements.
- Manage local IT projects in collaboration with business stakeholders, adhering to established project governance frameworks.
- Oversee docking projects, ensuring smooth integration of new subsidiaries into the group IT environment.
- Monitor IT service delivery and track performance through KPIs, including CSAT ratings, driving continuous improvements.
- Ensure effective incident management, application support, and business proximity.
- Manage local assets (IT, OT) and service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Integrate cybersecurity measures into local IT infrastructure and applications, ensuring a robust local cybersecurity level.
- Drive cybersecurity awareness and training programs across the MEA Zone.
- Ensure compliance with global IT governance, GDPR, internal controls, and local legislation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Provide direction, guidance, and training for IT staff.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT application management, operations monitoring, and service delivery.
- Strong expertise in IT project management, including ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- In-depth knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity frameworks, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Proficient in English (Professional level). - Ability to deliver IS/IT services with a service-oriented mindset, including KPI tracking and reporting.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure monitoring, exploitation management, and process optimization.
