Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in IT Service Management and a proven ability to manage and oversee IT infrastructure systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure robust IT infrastructure and support systems.
● Leadership & Support: Lead the IT team to support day-to-day operations and provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting.
● Infrastructure Management: Oversee overall IT infrastructure management across all offices, ensuring consistency and reliability.
● Support Process Development: Develop and implement support processes to ensure swift and effective resolution of IT issues and enhance user satisfaction.
● Problem Solving: Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
● Policy Implementation: Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures to ensure IT and data security.
● Budget Management: Manage and oversee the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
● Policy Enforcement: Enforce IT policies and procedures, educate users on best practices, and protect data, software, and hardware.
● Security Compliance: Ensure IT security policies and best practices are up to date and enforced. Follow security guidelines to protect the company’s infrastructure and assets.
● Technical Assistance: Provide onsite and remote assistance to colleagues with technology-related issues.
● Microsoft Stack Management: Manage and maintain Microsoft infrastructure, including Active Directory, Domain Controllers, and other related technologies. Ensure proper configuration, administration, and security of the Microsoft environment. Expertise in Microsoft license models, offerings, and payment terms.
● Google Suite Management: Administer and support Google Suite applications and services. Ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of Google Suite tools across the organization. Expertise in Google Suite license models, offerings, and payment terms.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Proven experience as an IT Manager or a similar role.
● Strong understanding of computer systems (hardware/software) and networks.
● Experience in leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
● Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
● Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
● Expertise in managing Microsoft infrastructure, including Active Directory and Domain Controllers.
● Familiarity with IT security practices and policies, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem.
● Proficiency in administering and supporting Google Suite applications and services.
● In-depth knowledge of license models, offerings, and payment terms for both Microsoft and Google Suite.
