Job Description
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
Responsible for PCs, Printers, Servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).
Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
Assist with onboarding of new users.
Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
Install, configure, and upgrade PCs software.
Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
Requirements
BA in Computer Science or related.
3 years plus experience in IT and technical support.
A technical, logical thought process.
Problem-solving skills.
An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
A keen eye for detail.
General awareness of computer systems, PC repair, and network management.
Resourcefulness and quick-thinking nature to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise.
Ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktop and mobile.
Understanding and appreciation for information security within systems and user devices.
Good communication ability, both written and verbal.
