 Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems, guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring timely setup of hardware, software, and access credentials.
  • Collaborate with HR and relevant departments to coordinate IT requirements for onboarding processes.
  • Efficiently handle offboarding procedures, revoking access, and securing company assets upon employee departures. 
  • Maintain and update documentation for onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
 Key Requirements:
  •  Minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
