Job Description :- Install, configure, and maintain software applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, servers, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues.
- Manage and support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Configure and customize the Odoo ERP system to meet company needs.
- Provide user training and support for Odoo ERP.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo ERP modules.
- Manage data backups and ensure data security.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs and implement solutions.
Qualification:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3:4 Years of Proven experience as an IT Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Experience with network and server management, including cloud services.
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Experience with Odoo ERP system configuration and customization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
