Job Description

1. Support the Delivery Assurance Manager in establishing and improving the Delivery Assurance Framework and Processes.

2. Work closely with Project/Scrum Managers, Demand Team and Technical Leads to ensure delivering the engagements on time and within the allocated budgets.

3. Propose solutions for any challenges that may negatively impact the delivery timeline and/or cost.

4. Conduct engagements phase gates reviews and health checks to ensure conformance to approved plans and budget.

5. Ensure that all participants and stakeholders are appropriately informed, involved and have visibility throughout each review and health check period.

6. Contribute to the prioritisation of remedial and mitigating actions identified during ongoing programs, demands and projects reviews and health checks.

7. Ensure that agreed KPIs for measurement of engagements' health are being appropriately collated and reported upon

8. Report to Delivery Assurance Manager the status and progress of the assigned engagements and make sure that all the tools that are fit for purpose and documentation are up-to-date.

9. Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Day-to-day Operations

10. Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job in the Delivery Assurance department to ensure continuity of work

Compliance

11. Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB's sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree of Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Post-graduate degree is a plus.
• A total years of experience of 4 to 6 years with a minimum of 5 years of experience in delivery management activities
• Multi-disciplinary application of wide knowledge spanning business, data, and technology.
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and techniques.
• Proven experience in: Project Management or Leadership is a must.
