Job Description

Role Purpose

To measure and maintain IT nodes capacity and analysis the effect of marketing forecast on the system’s capacity and E2E services performance. Control the IT budget




Role Profile


•    Define Capacity measurements for IT delivery Nodes / Services.
•    Suggest capacity solutions to achieve the forecasted service.
•    Development & execution of IT Capacity and performance plans in line with the company’s assumption. 
•    Mange IT budget including DB and IT outlook.
•    Mange the technical expansion projects raised from core metrics.
•    Study the effect of promotions and new services on the IT nodes capacity.
•    Analyse the core metrics DB submission, 2+10, 5+7 and 9+3 to get the trends of the services and decides if any expansion is needed.
•    Responsible for redistributing traffic to ensure performance and quality of service.

•    Negotiation and presentation skills 
•    Time Management
•    Ability to work under stress



Must have technical /profession.
al qualifications: 
•    B.Sc.  in communication /computer engineering. 
•    Performance Management Skills
•    Broad knowledge of telecommunication technologies, Data Network, network and service management technologies, capacity planning techniques and GSM/GPRS. 
•    4+ years of experience
