1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
2. Analysis & Documentation: Analyze processes, workflows, and systems; document functional and non-functional requirements.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, project managers, and business units to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals.
4. Solution Design Support: Participate in solution design discussions, ensuring feasibility and adherence to best practices.
5. Testing & Validation: Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution to ensure high-quality deliverables.
6. Change Management: Assist in implementing and managing change processes for new systems or updates to existing systems.
7. Reporting: Create and present reports on project progress, issues, and risks.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, IT systems, and business processes.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., use case diagrams, process modeling).
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
• Experience with core banking systems, digital banking platforms, or payment processing solutions.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA are a plus.
