Job Description

Role Purpose As a Business Architect Sr Specialist, you will act as a strategic enabler, bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand, design, and optimize business capabilities and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role combines business architecture and analysis to drive impactful solutions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and translate business needs into actionable strategies and requirements.
Conduct gap analyses to identify impacts and opportunities related to new requirements or change initiatives.
Define and refine user stories in alignment with the business capability roadmap.
Serve as the focal point for business capability enablement, acting as the key liaison between business and technical teams.
Analyze and model current and future state business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to capture business insights, propose solutions, and validate requirements.
Assist in creating and managing release backlogs, ensuring business value is maximized.
Safeguard quality by validating functionality, accuracy, and completeness of solutions against requirements.
Provide business insights and strategic input during release and iteration planning.
Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in business processes and systems.
Support the development and execution of acceptance criteria and testing.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on business goals and priorities.

Core Competencies and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communication, Computer Engineering, Telecom Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, IT, or related domains.
CBAP certification or equivalent experience is a strong plus.
Prior experience in an Agile environment is preferred.
Strong strategic thinking and vision, with a holistic understanding of business operations and goals.
Expertise in gap analysis, business process modeling, and impact analysis.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and practices.
Ability to manage complexity and drive transformation initiatives.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated experience in risk management and decision-making.
Detail-oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture (helicopter view).
Adaptability to change and collaborative mindset.
Proficient in testing, evaluation, and partner/supplier management.
