∙Managethecompleteapplicationlifecycle,includingupgrades,integrations,migrations,
anddecommissioning,ensuringsmoothtransitions.
∙Ensurethattheteampromptlytroubleshootsandresolvesapplicationissues,
implementingproactivemonitoringandperformanceoptimization.
∙Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithexternalvendorstonegotiatecontractsand
ensurehigh-qualityservicedelivery.
∙Maintaindetaileddocumentationofsystems,processes,andupdates,andprovide
regularperformanceandprojectreportstostakeholders.
Requirements∙7+yearsofexperienceinmanagingenterpriseapplications,includingleadinginternal
andexternalteams.
∙ProvenexperienceinmanagingERP,CRM,andothercriticalbusinessapplications.
∙Expertiseinprojectmanagementmethodologies
∙Exceptionalleadership,problem-solving,andcommunicationskills.
∙Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams effectively.
∙ITILFoundationCertification(Preferred).
∙RelevantcertificationsinplatformssuchasSalesforce,SAP,orOracle(Preferred).
