Investigation Specialist -Q125
Job Description:
NOK Human Capital is hiring an "investigation Specialist" for one of the biggest multinational E-commerce companies.
Location:New Cairo
-Monitor and drive seller impacting operational tickets to resolution
-Monitor operations performance and work with other teams to address performance issues and ensure metrics are within goals
-Work with operational teams to solve seller reported issues
-Gather and analyze seller contacts and seller feedback to come up with seller experience improvement suggestions and work with Product Manager for solution
-Participate in other special projects/assignments and partner with appropriate business teams as necessary
-Should be open to work on Friday/Saturday or extended hours (will be compensated as overtime)
Basic qualifications
-Fresh Graduate or 1+ years of customer service experience
-Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
-Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Experience in payments or e-commerce
Preferred qualifications
Master degree is preferred
