Job Purpose: An inventory lead is responsible for managing and coordinating the inventory and record-keeping, their main goal is to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure product availability. What you'll do:
Responsible for Products refill on shelves & Display.
Update stocks on system.
Monitor receiving goods either from our internal facilities team or suppliers.
Ensure the inventory is sufficient to support the needs of order fulfillment.
Responsible for goods organization as per FEFO.
Review expiry dates for all products and make sure that products are removed from stocks as per company policies, shelf life.
Inspect products for defects and damage.
Minimize the time spent unloading inbound trucks.
Ensure that all products received are added to the system within 30 minutes of their receipt.
