• Develop and execute internal communication content that align with the company’s vision, values, and goals.• Design visually appealing communication materials for internal use, such as newsletters, emails, intranet content, presentations, and event collateral.• Collaborate with People Partners, leadership, and various departments to ensure consistent and engaging messaging for employees.• Create infographics, videos, and other multimedia assets that enhance employee understanding and engagement.• Supports in creating and designing content for employer brand related posts on social media.• Manage and maintain internal communication channels, ensuring timely and relevant updates.• Assist in driving employee engagement through creative campaigns, visual storytelling, and branding efforts.• Measure the effectiveness of internal communication strategies and continuously improve based on feedback.
