Job Description
Role Objectives:
The Internal Communication Specialist will support the Culture & Employee Engagement team in creating impactful internal communications and managing employee engagement activities. The role focuses on drafting clear announcements, designing and implementing employee events, and coordinating logistics to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Draft and distribute internal announcements that align with company values and foster engagement.
● Assist in designing and executing employee events, including team-building activities and wellness programs.
● Handle logistics for employee events, coordinating scheduling, resources, and venues.
● Support internal communication initiatives by creating content.
● Develop content for internal and employer branding, including visual and video assets.
● Facilitate effective communication across departments, ensuring inclusivity for all employees.
● Contribute to the Employee Opinion Survey by supporting communications to increase participation.
● Aid in organizing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and community involvement activities.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:
● 0-2 years in internal communication, marketing, or a bachelor’s with a related field.
● Proficient writing and editing in both English and Arabic.
● Strong skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, adaptable approach to supporting a positive work culture.
