Talent 360 is hiring for HEIBCO For Commercial Investments and Real Estate Developments a qualifies Internal Auditor to join their team.
About our client :
A leading contractor specializing in civil engineering, Piling, deep foundations, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
We continually strive for high standards of construction. HEIBCO FOR COMMERCIAL INVESTMENTS & REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT is specialized in Ground Engineering which encompasses; piling and foundations, groundwater control, and environmental management for civil infrastructure projects.
Job Role:
- Conduct Audits: Plan and execute comprehensive audits, including developing audit plans, identifying key risk areas, and determining audit scope.
- Analyze Financial Statements: Review and analyze financial statements to assess accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assess Internal Controls: Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements to mitigate identified risks.
- Supervise Junior Auditors: Provide guidance and supervision to junior auditors, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Communicate Findings: Prepare detailed reports outlining audit findings, conclusions, and recommendations, and effectively communicate results to management.
- Stay Updated on Regulations: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and ensure audit practices comply with current laws and standards.
Core Competencies:
- Strong understanding of audit methodologies and risk-based auditing.
- Proficiency in audit tools and data analysis software such as Excel, ACL, or IDEA.
- Ability to identify discrepancies, analyze complex data, and assess risks effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to recommend practical and efficient solutions.
- Exceptional accuracy in reviewing financial statements and other reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for preparing detailed audit reports.
- Ability to explain audit findings and recommendations clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines without compromising quality.
- Demonstrated integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to adapt to changing regulations and industry-specific challenges.
- Effective teamwork skills to coordinate with departments and ensure audit compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of auditing experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS), audit methodologies, and data analysis tools.
Working Conditions:
Working Days: Sunday -Thursday
Working Hours:9 AM-5 PM
Days off: Friday and Saturday
Location: Banafseg, 1st Settlement , New Cairo
