Internal Audit Senior Manager

One of a leading company in Agriculture, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit Senior Manager to join their team. As an Internal Audit Senior Manager, you will play a key role in managing and leading the internal audit function within the organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive audit plans, assessing risks, and providing recommendations to improve internal controls and processes.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute risk-based audit plans to assess and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes
• Lead and manage a team of auditors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of audit projects
• Identify and assess risks, and develop appropriate audit procedures and methodologies
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide guidance and recommendations for improving business processes
• Prepare detailed audit reports and presentations for senior management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal audit

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, or CPA
• Minimum 8 years of experience in internal audit or related field
• Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office
