Job Title: Design Lead

Position Overview: As the Design Lead at OAK Architects, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the design process for our projects. With a minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and leadership, you will oversee the development of design concepts, manage project teams, and ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativity. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of architectural principles, exceptional design skills, and proven experience in leading successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design process from concept through to completion for a variety of architectural projects.
• Develop and communicate design concepts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project goals.
• Supervise and mentor junior designers and project team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and resolution of design issues.
• Oversee the production of design documentation, including drawings, renderings, and presentations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies to drive innovation and maintain competitive edge.
• Ensure that all design work adheres to project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a demonstrated track record of leading successful projects.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance creative vision with practical considerations and client requirements.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
