Job Title: Interior Designer
Location: New Cairo
About the Role: Talent 360 is seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer for one of our esteemed clients in the interior design sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to bring innovative design concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their design goals, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Site Analysis & Space Planning: Conduct site analyses and develop space plans to optimize the use of available space.
• Design Development: Create design concepts, floor plans, 3D renderings, and mood boards to showcase design ideas.
• Material Selection: Select and specify appropriate furniture, fixtures, finishes, and décor to realize the design vision.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Project Management: Monitor project progress, adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines, and ensure client requirements are met.
• Client Communication: Provide design presentations and progress updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Portfolio Maintenance: Maintain a portfolio of completed projects to demonstrate design capabilities.

Main Requirements:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Excellent skills in space planning, problem-solving, and project management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other design professionals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with graphic design and digital media creation.
• Proficiency in 3D Max, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
• Passion for design, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Conditions:

• Location: New Cairo
• Days: 5 days per week
• Hours: 8-hour workday with flexible start times (between 9 AM and 10 AM)
• Days Off: Friday and Saturday
