Job Description

Talent 360 is hiring one of our clients an Interior Design Customer Success Specialist:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout their project journey.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs and expectations to deliver personalized design solutions and advice.
- Coordinate with interior designers and project managers to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Monitor client satisfaction and collect feedback to continuously improve our services and processes.
- Assist in managing client expectations and setting realistic project timelines and milestones.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and project documentation.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products that may benefit the client.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or client management, preferably within the interior design industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work conditions:
 -from Sunday to Thursday
- Saturday are Friday are off
- Flexible working hours
